ESTABLISHMENTS OF CALVIÀ CAN REQUEST A POSTPONEMENT/DIVISION OF THE REAL ESTATE TAX (IBI)
Establishments in Calvià's productive sector that have been affected by the Covid-19 crisis can request a Real Estate Tax (IBI) payment postponement. A partial payment postponement of the Real Estate Tax (IBI) of the productive sector is allowed with a minimum amount to be paid in 2020 of 50%, and the postponement to 2021 of the rest of the tax. In 2021 the division of all deferred and current year tax debt will be allowed.
