THE 'ENTORN DE CALVIÀ' PUBLICATION DEDICATES A MONOGRAPH TO LITERATURE
The magazine delves into the work of some writers such as Pere Morey, the translator Tomeu Ferrà or the Nobel laureate Miguel Ángel Asturias
The 13th issue of the 'Entorn de Calvià' magazine on Literature, edited by Calvià Town Hall, was presented this afternoon at Es Capdellà.
During the 'Entorn de Calvià' presentation event, the mayor, Alfonso Rodríguez Badal, highlighted that gathering the literature that has been or has passed through Calvià is a success. "At times, he said, in which a hectic pace prevails, slowing down, enjoying the written word and vindicating artistic expression, is a success".

There are also interviews with the widow and children of the writer Pere Morey; the professor of Hispanic Philology at the UIB, Margalida Socias; the Última Hora newspaper journalist, Gemma Marchena; the storyteller Lucía Parra and the poetess Sara Rivera. Four young people from the municipality also participate with a debate on the pleasure of literature.
