The Calvià consistory requests to the population of the municipality both, calm and non interference as the Guardia Civil and the Local Police of Calvià are dealing with the girl's searching tasks.

The Calvià Town Hall wants to show its unconditional support to the family and friends of Malén Zoe Ortiz, the IES Calvià student who disappeared last Monday 2nd December, therefore the consistory has put at disposal of the police force in charge of the investigation all the municipal services with the aim of facilitating the quick location of the Calvian young girl.

In this sense, the municipal responsibles have made an appeal for calm to the population of the municipality after the social alarm created with regards to this unfortunate incident, highlighting the great work carried out jointly by the Guardia Civil and the Local Police of Calvià from the same day of Malén's disappearance.

In fact, in the last hours, several neighbours of the municipality have shown their interest in collaborating with the girl's searching tasks which is much appreciated by the relevant authorities but at the same time it is highlighted that the agents of both forces should work freely in order to not interfere in the investigation.

Whoever can provide any information can address to the Guardia Civil through the 062, the 112 or the Local Police of Calvià.
