The Calvià Town Hall initially approved, on 26th March, the Bylaw for Transparency, Access to information and Reuse, in which are stated the conditions which will facilitate the public information, participation and collaboration to the citizens.

Shortly, it will be definitely approved. At this moment in time, the municipal bylaw is at public exposure in order that all those interested people or entities can examin the record and present the pertinent complaints, objections or observations until the forthcoming 17th July.

All contributions will be evaluated by the Town Hall's Plenary.

You can have access to the municipal bylaw here and, if you consider it appropiate, you can present your allegations at any of the offices of the municipal registry, or at any of the places established in the section 4 of the Article 38 of the Law 30/1992, dated on 26th November, of the Legal Regime of Public Administrations and Common Administrative Procedure.

The TRANSPARENCY and its practical consequence, the PARTICIPATION, are two main principles in the modern estates, principles which this corporation totally shares.

In this line, the Calvià Town Hall has joined the Framework Agreement between the Estate's General Administration and the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces to promote and facilitate the development of the Law 19/2013, dated on 9th December, for theTransparency, the Access to the Public Information and the Good Governance of the Local Entities. Said adhesion will allow the Calvià Town Hall to be provided, in a few months, of a LOCAL TRANSPARENCY WEBSITE, which will permit to include the contents and process the access applications provided in the Law.
