The mathematics tests, which have gathered 433 students of the municipality and Andratx, have been held in Calvià for the first time.
The Canguro tests were held for the first time in the municipality on 17th March, which consist of a set of mathematical activities adapted to educational levels.
This fun day, in which the mathematics are the protagonists, took place at the Galatzó Pavilion, so the students did not need to travel to Palma.
292 pupils of the three IES of Calvià and 141 of the municipality of Andratx participated in the tests.
The Town Hall collaborated in the organization of the meeting through the Municipal Institute of Education and Libraries of Calvià (IMEB). The Mayor Alfonso Rodríguez Badal and the Deputy Mayor for Social Cohesion and Equality, Nati Francés, greeted and welcomed the 433 participants.
