Meeting with the youths undertaking a scholarship in municipal departments
The Mayor of Calvià, Alfonso Rodríguez Badal, and the Deputy Mayor for Social Cohesion and Equality, Nati Francés, had the opportunity to meet the 19 youths who are undertaking a scholarship in various municipal services and departments. The reason for this meeting was twofold. On the one hand, meet the youths who benefit from municipal grants, receive first-hand assessment of the scholarship and know their academic career.
On the other hand, inform of the measures taken to improve and complement the scholarship programmes, especially the implementation of a programme of additional training and non-formal education through the University Centre of Calvià - Aula Mentor.
