Residents of the municipality, in particular those from Son Caliu, will be able to use the new municipal library, situated on the second floor of the Es Generador building, as from Wednesday. This now makes a total of eight municipal libraries spread throughout different localities of the municipality.
The new library, which is using the facilities of Es Generador, boasts a reading area, an internet zone, an audiovisual area and a children's zone. The inauguration ceremony was attended by Mayor Carlos Delgado, along with other municipal authorities and representatives and residents of the area.
