Activity´s description: Carried out by two specialized mycologists. The main edible and inedible species of mushrooms, which are located at the Galatzó forests, will be shown during the conference. Thanks to the explanations, carried out in situ, by both experts in mycology, Joan Carles Salom and Pere Siquier, we will learn to: recognize and differentiate the species found, the ecological importance that fungus has in the forest ecosystems and also know the adequate way of collecting mushrooms without damaging the forest. Also, a small exhibition of the species of mushrooms found by the attendants will be shown after the collection in order to be able to look at them with more time and detail.
