Calvià's Board of Directors 2000 has approved for unanimity Víctor Manuel Hernández Raposo designation as new manager of Calvià 2000 after Lorenzo Morey voluntary cessation.
At a special session this morning, the Board of Administration of Calvià 2000, unanimously voted in favour of the voluntary resignation of the present manager of the municipal company, Lorenzo Morey, as well as the appointment of Victor Manuel Hernández Raposo, as the new manager of Calvià 2000.
Lorenzo Morey, who, from now on will continue his career in the private sector, has been manager of Calvià 2000 since the Partido Popular attained the Mayor's office in the 2003 municipal elections. Throughout the course of the session, all members of the Board of Administration in attendance praised the excellent service provided by Lorenzo Morey during his time at Calvià 2000.
The new manager of Calvià 2000, Víctor Manuel Hernández, aged 38, is a Law graduate, with a Masters in Business Management from the School of Senior management and Administration (Escuela de Alta Dirección y Administración – EADA). Since December, 2002 he has been manager of the Balearic Medical Board (Colegio Oficial de Médicos de las Baleares - COMIB).
