The Town Council also publishes new pamphlets that promote the municipality.
For the first time, Calvià will be on the internet with its very own domain exclusively dedicated to the municipality's tourist offer. By clicking on this address www.visitcalvia.com you will be able to discover all the charm of the municipality and the entire tourist offer from anywhere in the world.
The Mayor of Calvià, Carlos Delgado, the Councillor for Tourism, Kate Mentink, and the Director General of Tourist Promotion, Eduardo Gamero, attended the presentation of the new tourism website www.visitcalvia.com , which was developed by the company Brújula Telecom.
The new website, which can be accessed via the official Town Hall website www.calvia.com , offers detailed information about the different areas of the municipality, its beaches, places of interest, hotels, entertainment, culture, history, how to get there, a photo gallery. All of this with a fresh and modern design which will allow the visitor to get to know every nook and cranny of the municipality before travelling to Majorca.
Furthermore, the Councillor for Tourism has also published new printed material, with the municipality's new promotional image. Part of this material has already been taken to some of the most recent fairs, but the official presentation will take place at FITUR. This new material, in which the image and the design have been standardized, has lead to a new pamphlet for professionals, as well as three others, being published. One of them contains general information for the tourist, another pamphlet offers specific information about sports, sports and entertainment facilities, while the last one provides information about cultural events and traditions, an aspect that tourists are becoming more and more interested in. These pamphlets will be distributed at tourism fairs and in the Tourist Information Offices. At present, these pamphlets have been published in Spanish, English, and German, but they will be available in other languages in a few months time.

3. TOURIST INFORMATION
Five Tourist Information Offices distributed throughout the municipality welcome tourists all year round. From here the tourist can directly contact all five offices in order to request the information he/she would like, and can also access a tourist map of the selected area.
4. HOW TO GET THERE
Calvià, which is 20 minutes from Palma airport and the seaport, boasts excellent connections with all of the main European cities. This section offers visual information about the different ways of getting to Calvià from any part of the world.
5. WHERE TO STAY
