The municipal plots in Cas Català Nou, Costa d'en Blanes, Bahía de Palma, El Toro, Costa de La Calma, Peguera and Cala Fornells are out to open tender with the only fixed criteria being the price

 

The Town Hall opens to tender, with a fixed price, a total of 13 plots of municipal land with the intention of using the proceeds to carry out several projects of general interest.


The plots, situated in Cas Català Nou, Costa d'en Blanes, Bahía de Palma, El Toro, Costa de La Calma, Peguera and Cala Fornells go on sale for a total of 9,3 million euros, excluding tax, and make up a total surface of 23.187 square metres.


Anyone interested in taking part in the tender process, should send their proposals, before 10th December, to the "Sección de Contratación" of the Town Hall.
