The day "In Calvià, without my car. Come with your bicycles to the Passeig Calvià", organized during the European Mobility Week, was a great success.
The day on bicycles along the Calvià walk path, which was celebrated last Sunday during the European Mobility Week, obtained a great success in participation as more than 350 people met at Agualand in Magaluf to participate in said week.
The participants took part in one of the two planned itineraries, of 6 and 10,5 km respectively; and the smaller ones enjoyed of the child´s circuit set up in Agualand by the Calvià Cyclist Club. The start was at 10 a.m. and the arrival of the longer itinerary participants, was around 12.30 midday.
A free entrance to Western Park has been granted to all the attendants, which should be used before the following Saturday.The organization, carried out by the Town Hall and specifically by the Calvià Climate office, would like to thank both Western Park and CAM and the Calvià Cyclist Club for all the work done which has made the day a great success.
