The IFOC has organised this Thursday 14th , a day framed within the awareness campaign which the Town Hall has started concerning equal opportunities and conciliation
With the aim of stimulating and making the businessmen aware of the advantages to be achieved by adopting conciliating measures within their organizations, the IFOC has organised this morning, in the Town Hall, a day about the “Advantages that conciliation contributes to the XXI century company”
Mentioned day is framed within the awareness campaign started by the Calvià Town Hall through IFOC, concerning equal opportunities and conciliation. Calvià Town Hall has recently been awarded with the distinctive of municipality familiarly responsible which aim is to boost, support and favour the family and work conciliation, family responsability and equal opportunities.
The conference, started at 9.00 a.m. with the welcome of the Town Hall´s First Deputy Mayor, Teresa Martorell, who has given way to the different programmed themes.
Mentioned themes have been presented by the Foundation +Familia Director, Roberto Martínez, and finally, business success situations have been presented, such as “The boost of the corporative social responsability in the company”, carried out by the Director for Human Resources of the Grupo Piñero, Antoni Pita or the “Conciliation measures in the company´s success”, carried out by the Director of the Ivory Hotel Apartments, Cati Horrach. The conference has been brought to a close by the Director for Business Social Responsability of the Regional Ministry of Labour and Tourism, María Durán.
