The Calvià Town Hall and the Regional Ministry for Innovation, Research and Tourism meet to discuss issues of interest to the municipality

The Mayor of Calvià, Alfonso Rodríguez Badal, met yesterday with the Vicepresident and Regional Minister of Innovation, Research and Tourism, Gabriel Barceló, to discuss matters of interest to the municipality.
In the meeting that has been held within the frame of the collaboration of both institutions, they talked about tourism investments, as well as the regulation of tourist rental. The Mayor has also put on the table the need to advance also in the modification of the tourist law to regulate the all-inclusive according to quality standards, an aspect with which there is coincidence and the commitment of the Regional Ministry to go on this direction.
The Mayor attended the meeting accompanied by the Deputy Mayor for Tourism, Antonio García Moles, and the General Directors of Urban Planning, Jaume Carbonero, and Tourism, Joan Mesquida. On the part of the Conselleria (Regional Ministry) the meeting was attended by the General Director of Tourism, Pilar Carbonell, and Antoni Sansó, Technical Adviser of the Conselleria.
