Video recordings of the municipal Plenary sessions can already be consulted through the municipal website, accessing through the PLENOS MUNICIPALES tab (you can access by clicking here)
The “videoactas” system allows the access to the recording of the municipal plenary, with the characteristic that appears the linking of the different items on the agenda with each of the interventions. It also allows searches by subject or by participants, so that you can directly access the starting point of the intervention of each participant. From the administrative point of view, the management of the minutes is simplified and the interventions are reliably preserved. The recordings are certified by the secretary and by the mayor.
In addition, for almost a year, the plenary sessions can be viewed live through the Youtube channel of Calvià Town Hall.
