Treball Solidari invites you to the round table "El paper de les dones a l'espai públic"(The role of women in the public domain), which will take place on 12th May at 7 p.m. at Calvià Town Hall's exhibition room.
It wants to promote the debate about a situation that affects women around the world, and it is the lack of visibility they have in the public domain. In addition, in the case of women having a role, what role do they play? what image is shown?
The round table will be attended by Nati Francés (Deputy Mayor for Social Cohesion and Equality), María Gómez Garrido (sociologist and doctor of the UIB), Dones de Llevant, Associació Dones de Peguera, Associació Dones Solidàries de Es Capdellà, and Antoni Sierra ( Director Treball Solidari) who will explain their vision from different perspectives and fields.
