Red Cross now attends 92 users of the home tele care programme in Calvià

The mayor of Calvià, Alfonso Rodríguez Badal, has welcomed this morning the president of Red Cross in the Balearic Islands, Antoni Barceló, who has been accompanied by the coordinator, Juana Lozano, and the secretary, Joan Batle. The meeting was also attended by the deputy mayor for Social Cohesion and Equality, Nati Francés, and the general director of Social Development and Equity, Ana Pérez.
Red Cross has been awarded with the home tele care (assistance to people over 65 and people with disabilities) in Calvià at the moment. In 2016 it attended 122 users. Today it attends 92 people.
On the other hand, it also manages the ATENPRO programme (mobile tele-care for victims of gender violence), which in 2016 attended 16 people, and so far this year it has attended 13.
