New procedure regarding psychosocial work risk

Calvià Town Hall's Prevention Service has since 2003 a preventive and action procedure in the field of psychosocial work risk. Now, it has decided to review and renew it through a Technical Commission created within the Health and Safety Committee.
This preventive procedure, is aimed at preventing the aggravation of interpersonal conflicts in the workplace and that may cause psychosocial risks to staff. It is applicable to the staff of Calvià Town Hall and the municipal companies with Calvià Town Hall's Joint Prevention Service.
