Is it still necessary to have an education in values? Which values are we talking about? Are there values that we have lost and are worth recovering? On the other hand are there values that we have gratefully lost? When we look at education in values, do we only think about children and young people?
Communication in children

The family and the school are places where the child begins the process of becoming a person, where it develops its abilities, learns to build up relationships and creates the main links of affection.
The family is the`place where we receive the affection, that gives us the security to be able to communicate what is happening to us, when things are going well and perhaps what is worrying us.. this is the way of relating to children and pupils.. the expectations we have from them, such as assessing how their actions and abilities influence in the way that they build their identity and self-esteem.
It is important to emocionally educate the children, giving them the intelligence of their feelings and promote their self-esteem, so that they can value and feel valued, can feel responsible for themselves and their relationship with others.
To educate their feelings with intelligence means to educate the ability to recognize, feel and express how you feel what you want, what you need and know how to act in consequence, respecting yourself and others.
