Calvià Town Hall, through the Calvià Training and Employment Institute (IFOC), is organising the workshop Emprende e Innova con ciberseguridad (Get started and Innovate with Cybersecurity) in collaboration with the International Institute of Intrapreneurship within the Incibe Emprende programme of the National Cybersecurity Institute. The course is aimed at people with innovative ideas who wish to transform them into successful businesses, without needing to be technology experts. No prior computer knowledge is required.
The workshop will take place on 20th and 21st March 2025, at the IFOC facilities in Calvià and is designed to help entrepreneurs develop their projects with a solid foundation in cybersecurity and digital strategies.
The course will provide the necessary tools and knowledge to develop innovative projects in the digital field. Attendees will learn about the basic concepts of digital entrepreneurship, as well as how to identify opportunities and solve problems.
They will also study how to apply artificial intelligence to businesses, the fundamentals of cybersecurity, and best practices for entrepreneurs. The importance of communicating the value of projects will be highlighted, and the exploration of financing sources for projects, startups, and businesses will be raised.
