The historical certificate is an informative document that details in temporal order all the addresses in which the interested party has been registered in the municipality, indicating the dates of registration, cancellation and change of address up to the present time.
The service is free of charge and must be current at the time it is presented as documentation attached to a procedure.
You can request your certificate telematically or in person.
- Telematically: You must be able to identify yourself electronically with permanent Cl@ve, electronic certificate or DNIe (registered persons).
You can access the procedure from here. In ten minutes you will receive the certificate in your notification mailbox at the Electronic Office of the Calvià Council.
In case of minors or non-registered persons, the request must be made by general request and the identification with electronic certificate/DNIe by the parent registered with the minor is mandatory.
- In person: By identifying correctly with the original and valid identity document, the certificate will be issued at the moment. The Personal Data Protection Act prevents us from providing personal information to third parties. You can download the authorization form at the bottom of the page to authorise another person to request your certificate.
WHERE CAN REQUEST YOUR HISTORICAL CERTIFICATE:
- At the Calvià Town Hall from 9 to 14 h.
- At the Municipal Service Center located in Palmanova from 9 to 14 h.
