In accordance with Law 53/1984, of December 26, on incompatibilities of personnel at the service of Public Administrations, personnel at the service of Local Corporations and the Organizations dependent on them, must request compatibility authorization if they wish to exercise any private activity or a second public activity susceptible to compatibility.
