the municipality of Calvià will have a Dance School. It aims to promote this artistic discipline among young people and will offer different courses in the municipality. The school will be based in the Sala Palmanova, an ideal place for dancing. The school is the result of collaboration between the Department of Culture of Calvià Town Council and the Ballet Jove Mallorca ballet company, directed by Mª Antonia Mas.
The citizens of Calvià called for this school which aims to become a leading Municipal Dance School in the Balearic Islands in a short space of time.
