Both Regional Government Ministers, Simón Gornés, for Civil Services and Bernardí Coll, for Local Cooperation, have visited the Calvià Town Hall, this morning in order to meet with the Mayor.
The Regional Government Minister for Civil Services, Simón Gornés, and the director general for Public Service and Quality of the Service, Nuria Riera, have visited the Mayor of Calvià, Manuel Onieva, in order to present the proposal to introduce the administrative management improvement project and facilitate the bureaucratic proceedings that affect the citizens.
Also, the Mayor of Calvià has met with the Regional Government´s Minister for Local Cooperation, Bernardí Coll, with whom dealt street improvement projects in our municipality. The Portals Vells street improvement works will be carried out before the end of 2011, which has a 535.559 euros budget, from which 214.223 come from the Council of Majorca and 321.335 from the Calvià Town Hall.
Tha Calvià Town Hall´s plans are, to build a retaining wall at both streets, Son Mir and Jaume III., which has a cost of 230.580 euros and also to asphalt about twenty streets in the municipality, next year. This work has a 250.314 euros budget. The collaboration of the Council of Majorca was requested, in order to be able to carry out these works.
