Hunting will be allowed in the area of “Sa Font Nova” as from 5th November on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8.30 a.m. until 2 p.m.
The Town Hall reopens the Galatzó Public Estate's public hunting preserve tomorrow 5th November until 2nd February, allowing the hunting activity in the area of Sa Font Nova on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8.30 a.m. until 2 p.m.
The allowed hunting area will be limited with green signs, easily identifiable, in the public estate occupying an area of 130 hectares. In order to practise this activity, hunters must provide their certificate of residence in the municipality of Calvià as well as the obligatory valid legal documentation.
The gathering of hunters will take place in front of the houses of "Ca l´amo en Biel" and each day before 2 p.m. there will be a recount of the game shot on that day.
The allowed hunting species are as follows: Common Wood Pigeon, Rock Dove, Turtledove, Eurasian Collared Dove, Common Quail, Partridge, Thrush, Eurasian Woodcock, Common Pheasant and Common Starling.
