We proceed to inform you how to renew your season tickets and how to carry out the registration formalities for the municipal sports facilities of Calvià in 2015.

• Said formalities will be able to be carried out as from 12^th January 2015 in the following points:

• Calvià Sports Centre (Ctra. Es Capdellà, s/n).

• Son Caliu Councillor's office (C/Saragossa, 3).

• El Toro Cultural Centre (Plaza del Mediodía, 3).

TIMETABLE:

• Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, only mornings from 09:00 a 14:30h.

• Tuesdays and Thursdays, only afternoons from 16:00 a 20:30h. (only at the Calvià Sports Centre)

RENEWALS WITHOUT CHANGES (it can be done more effectively on line):

• If there are no changes neither in the modality of the season ticket nor in their members, you can renew your season ticket through the web page, following the instructions which are stated in the following link www.calvia.com/renovacioabonament. Once the procedure has been done, the renewal of the season ticket will be carried out automatically without need of doing any other formality or going anywhere else.

RENEWALS WITH CHANGES OR REGISTRATION OF NEW SUBSCRIBERS:

For renewals, you will have to present the season ticket and for new registrations, you will have to present the documentation required.

Once arriving at the reception desk, you will be able to make the payment in the following ways:

• Payment with credit card:

Only if you make the payment in the Calvià Sports Centre you will be able to take your season ticket on the same day. If you make the payment in any of the other two remaining offices, you will be given a provisional document to use until the original is ready at the office chosen.

• Payment through bank institution/ tax collection office:

Once the payment is made in either the bank institution or in the tax collection office, you will have to return to the office where the season ticket will be issued automatically, if you deposit it at the Calvià Sports Centre´s reception desk. In case of doing it at the other two remaining offices, you will be given a provisional document to use until the original is ready at the office chosen. 

VERY IMPORTANT WHEN CARRYING OUT FORMALITIES:

• Although you make the payment (through the bank institutions or the tax collection office) you must return to the office at the indicated hours in order to activate the season ticket, otherwise you will not be able to have access to the Sports Facilities.

• You must bring the photocopies of the documentation required, as the reception can not do them and consequently the season ticket will not be able to be processed.

• In case of registrating for any of the non resident season ticket modalities, you must bring an ID photocopy of all the members to be part of the season ticket.

• You ought to respect the timetable indicated otherwise no formalities will be processed.

• For registrations, it is essential that all members of the season ticket are present, as a photograph of them all will be taken in order to obtain the card. On the contrary, you can bring an ID sized photo of each of the season ticket´s members.

Th  The fees for this year´s season tickets are as follows:

REGISTRATION AND RENEWAL OF SEASON TICKETS FOR DISABLED, RETIRED PEOPLE OR PENSIONERS:

• For renewals, you neither have to address yourself to the Calvià Sports Centre nor carry out formalities, as this modality of season ticket renews automatically every year.

• For new registrations, you will have to address yourself to any of the three said points, at the hours indicated above, and with the photocopies of the necessary documentation in order to process the season tickets. This type of season tickets has no cost for the Calvià citizens.

REGISTRATION AND RENEWAL OF SEASON TICKETS FOR UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE:

The season tickets will be free of charge for those unemployed people without economic compensation but these will have to be renewed every six months.

All those interested people will have to address to the points mentioned in order to present the documentation. Original and photocopy of the SOIB's labour demand should be provided and also a document certifying that no economic compensation is being received.

For renewals, you must provide the documentation in any of the three points said above.

For new subscribers, if you go to the Calvià Sports Centre, you will be able to take your season ticket on the same day whereas if you go to any of the other two remaining offices, you will be given a provisional document to use until the original is ready at the office chosen.
