THE CALVIAN CAN SUGGEST WHAT THEY WANT TO FIND IN THE TRANSPARENCY WEBSITE

The General Administration of Transparency and Report of Accounts has prepared a questionnaire which you can now find in the municipal web

The Calvià Town Hall, through the General Administration of Transparency and Report of Accounts, encourages the citizenship to give their opinion and make suggestions about the aspects they would like to find in the Transparency website of the Town Hall, in which they are working on, and which is expected to be available on the forthcoming 10^th December.

Recently, the Town Hall has joined the Framework Agreement of collaboration amongst the States' General Administration (Ministry of Treasury and Public Administrations) and the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP) to promote and facilitate the development of the Law 19/2013, of 9^th December, of transparency, access to the public information and good governance in the local entities, which allows the use of a computer tool of the web which the Ministry of Treasury and Public Administrations provides to the Town Halls.

The web will contain data and information which legally is stated in:

-The Law 19/2013, of 9^th December, of transparency, access to the public information and good governance

- The Municipal Bylaw of Transparency, access to the information and reuse (approved in the Plenary session of 24^th September)

But the intention of the government team is that contains also other aspects or data of interest for the citizenship, and that helps to improve the transparency and their confidence in the municipal institution. For this reason, from the Town Hall the citizenship of Calvià is encouraged to give their opinion and make suggestions about the aspects that could include said Web.

The General Directorate for Transparency has designed a questionnaire which is available in the municipal Web, in the section of Municipal Organisation/Transparency until the end of the month of November.
