The Calvià Town Hall meets with the responsibles for Citizen Service and Quality of Palma Council to know the systems they have in operation and which collect high levels of satisfaction amongst the citizenship.
The Calvià Town Hall is in the process of implementing systems for improving the operation of the Citizen Service (SAC) and, for it, will count on the collaboration of, amongst others, the responsibles for the SAC of the consistory of the Balearic capital.
The meeting was attended by the Deputy Mayor of General Services and Security, Andreu Serra; the manager, Tòfol Milan; the director general of General Services, José Antonio Fernández; the director general of Strategic Projects, Joan Mesquida, and the director general of Transparency and Innovation, Jaime Tovar.
On behalf of Palma Council, the meeting was attended by the Deputy Mayor for Public Service and Interior Government, Aurora Jhardi and the heads of the departments of Quality, SAT-010 and the Citizen Information Offices (OAC) of Palma Council, Mayte Benito, Catalina Servera and Goretti Mascaró.
