Wednesday 14th September 2016

THE MUNICIPAL COMPANY OHLIMPIA ANNOUNCES, FOR THE FIRST TIME, A JOB BANK TO COVER TEMPORARY CLEANING JOBS

This way, the public cleaning and janitorial company OhLimpia (Limpiezas Costa de Calvià SA) introduces the system which will give more transparency to the staff recruitment process, thus enabling its publicising and therefore opened to the general public. During this legislature, and before the announcement of this job bank, the IFOC (Employment and Training Institute of Calvià) has been responsible for the initial selection of the new staff. Previously, the staff of OhLimpia was hired without publicising the jobs.

Furthermore, in an exercise of transparency and objectivity, the company wanted to negotiate with the committee the groundwork for the job bank which is now underway.

All those people interested can register until 20th September, at 2 p.m., at the IFOC or at OhLimpia's offices.

You can access the terms and conditions of the call through the Town Hall's website , the IFOC and OhLimpia's noticeboard.

In addition to the cleaning job bank, the janitorial job bank will be published shortly, therefore the government team's commmitment to give publicity and transparency to the OhLimpia's staff selection processes is accomplished.
