I CONFERENCE ON COMMUNICATION FROM THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATIONS
They will be held in Calvià with the participation of various administrations and entities such as the Ajuntament de Calvià, EBAP, FUEIB-UIB, and the collaboration of the Government of the Balearic Islands, the Consell de Mallorca, IB3 and Ràdio Calvià
Calvià will be the venue for the I Conference on Communication from the Public Administrations, to be held on 16th and 17th November at the Casal de Peguera. The conference is co-organised by the Ajuntament de Calvià, the Escola Balear d'Administració Pública and the University of the Balearic Islands, through the Fundació Universitat Empresa, and with the support of the Government of the Balearic Islands, the Consell de Mallorca, IB3 and Ràdio Calvià.
The objective of the meeting is to create a space for reflection and debate amongst public communication professionals, public administration workers, communication professionals in public administration, students of communication and public administration, etc., to address different aspects that are configured in four panels:
The role and management of municipal public media: radios, magazines, websites, CRM ...
New formats and media
The relationship of the press offices of the public administrations with the media
Communicative contents: communication and institutional advertising
The second day proposes a practical activity of challenges, based on the themes of the panels, which is emerging as a co-creation space that proposes mechanisms to solve the challenges posed. This process will allow to know and learn tools and methodologies that will generate positive dynamics in the near future.
Following the conclusions, a meeting of municipal radios, organised by Ib3, will be held and included in the programme celebrating the 30 years of Ràdio Calvià.
In the framework of the Training Agreement for the employment of Public Administrations, the EBAP will certify the attendance to all the public employees that participate.
