THE PROGRESS OF THE PGOU OF CALVIÀ WILL BE ON PUBLIC DISPLAY FOR TWO MONTHS ONCE APPROVED ON THURSDAY BY THE GOVERNMENT BOARD
The Progress of the General Urban Planning of Calvià will see the green light on Thursday at the Local Government Board and will be put on public display through a decree in order to not delay the citizen participation process. Initially, the will of the municipal government team was to approve the documentation of the Progress by Plenary, although it is not mandatory to approve it in plenary session - as it is a public display of the technical work carried out, not an initial approval of the modification of the PGOU-. However, and in order to not delay the public exhibition of said documentation, it has been decided that the approval will go through the Government Board and the negotiation process will continue with all the municipal groups.
Once it has received the green light in the Governing Board, the PGOU Progress will be on public display for 2 months (1 month more than what the law indicates), so that contributions to the exposed documentation are made. The next step is the initial approval in Plenary and a new public display to give the possibility to present allegations, before the final approval.
