STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR SOUND LIMITERS
As a result of the modification of the Municipal Ordinance for the Protection of the Environment against noise and vibration pollution, the procedure for establishments with musical activity has been simplified.
As explained in the Tourism Forum to the business associations, held on 17th February, the procedure for the annual declaration of limiters is simplified so that any establishment that has a license to carry out musical activity will only HAVE TO SUBMIT A STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY OF THE LIMITER SIGNED BY AN ENGINEER OR TECHNICIAN INSTALLER.
This new procedure is mandatory, so if it is not carried out, the corresponding fines are to be applied.
