For an optimal celebration of the Rei En Jaume festivities, the Local Police will close Jaume I street in Santa Ponça from 1st to 10th September, except on Wednesday 6th. Specifically, the affected section is between the roundabout and Lisboa street. The alternative routes are Puig de Massanella, Infanta Saura and Rey Sancho streets. The hours range from 5:30 p.m. to 4 a.m., depending on the festivities programme.

In addition, there are other traffic restrictions. On Thursday 31st August, starting at 6:30 p.m., Vía de la Cruz street will be closed for the Festes del Rei En Jaume institutional event. However, authorised residents, neighbours and the Yacht Club users can circulate.

For the Gegants gathering, Puig de Galatzó street will be closed on Saturday 2nd September, starting at 7 p.m., which partially alters traffic along Puig des Teix and Sil streets.

For the Nit de Foc (fire performance) celebration on Tuesday 5th September, from 9:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Galatzó street, between Puig des Teix and Major roads, is also closed.

Starting on Thursday 7th September, the Medieval Market will be set up, so from 7 in the morning until noon Puig de Galatzó street will be partially closed, it will affect the lane closest to La Pinada and in the direction to Costa de la Calma or the Santa Ponça roundabout.

On Friday 8th is the Moorish Parade, for which Jaume I street, the roundabout and Puig de Galatzó street will be closed. It will be from 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., approximately. This will specifically affect circulation through Plaza Acapulco, and Sil, Major and Puig des Teix streets.

The great battle between the Moors and the Christians will take place on 9th September, which is why Via de la Cruz, Jaume I street - between the cove and the roundabout - as well as Puig de Galatzó street, between the roundabout and Puig Major street, will be closed. Those drivers who want to connect Jaume I from the Santa Ponça and la Caleta roundabout may use the Nova Santa Ponça and Puig de sa Sirvi roads, in both directions.

Finally, the Rei En Jaume's festivities end with fireworks. Puig de Galatzó street, between Teix and Sil roads, will be closed from 9 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
