The IFOC will hire 43 unemployed people thanks to the SOIB Reactiva 2023 programme
Places will be called for 14 municipal areas with contracts between November 2023 and August 2024
Calvià Town Hall's Training and Employment Institute (IFOC), has obtained a subsidy of 498.139,15 euros to carry out the SOIB Reactiva 2023 project, which aims to hire unemployed people. This project has two contracting lines for which the following amounts have been approved:
Line 1: 269.778,69 € to hire 24 unemployed people, under 30 years of age, without higher studies, registered as job seekers in the SOIB and in the National Youth Guarantee System.
Line 2: 228.360,46 € to hire 19 unemployed people, over 30 years of age, long-term unemployed and registered in the SOIB as job seekers.
This is a 6-month full-time contract, to carry out works and services of social interest that will benefit the entire municipality. The projects will be carried out within the period between 1st November 2023 and 31st August 2024.
SOIB Reactiva 2023 is an initiative promoted by SOIB that is configured as an active employment promotion policy. This programme has been promoted by the SOIB and has been financed by the European Social Fund Plus (FSE+) and is carried out in the framework of collaboration with local councils.
14 municipal areas participate in this call: Municipal Archive, Social Development, Citizen Participation, Calvià Sports Institute (ICE), Environment, Maintenance, Urban Planning, Offenses and Sanctions, Human Resources, Historical Heritage, Housing, IFOC, Culture and Commerce.
