ACCOMPANYING SERVICE FOR ONLINE PROCEDURES
Determined to promote the telematic relationship between citizens and the municipal administration, Calvià Town Hall activates the Digital Citizen Attention Office - OAC 360º service that will offer telephone and telematic assistance to facilitate access to municipal procedures that can be carried out online and, in this way, build trust and help users to become familiar with online procedures.

Solve doubts and incidents during electronic processing
