CALVIÀ TOWN HALL ISSUES A GRANTS CALL FOR THE REHABILITATION OF HOUSES AND BUILDINGS IN MATTER OF ACCESSIBILITY
Applications may be submitted until 14th June 2021, preferably online
For the first time, aids aimed exclusively at carrying out works for the elimination of architectural barriers, defined in Law 8/2017, of 3rd August, on universal accessibility of the Balearic Islands, are summoned, whether they are carried out indoors or outdoors, if it is an action that makes the building or home more accessible.
The amount of the subsidy, which is compatible with other subsidies for the same purpose from any administration, will be a maximum of 25% of the budget of the works, including the fees of the technicians, up to a maximum of 6.000 euros, plus the amount paid for construction tax and building license fee or prior communication. It can be requested by both, private home owners and communities of owners.
Calvià Town Hall allocates a total of 60.000 euros to these grants.
