Bonus for thermal or electrical use on the IBI
You can now request the bonus for thermal or electrical use on the property tax.
Owners of residential use properties that have installed general solar energy systems for thermal or electric use for self-consumption, provided that the installation has been carried out voluntarily by the taxpayer, and does not respond to obligations derived from current regulations, will be able to enjoy a 50% discount in the full annual fee of the property tax, up to a maximum of 50% of the total cost of the installation.
