Street closures for sewer network repairs

Traffic or parking restrictions may affect Son Ferrer, Peguera or Calvià residents

The company Calvià 2000 has to urgently repair some points of the sewage network in several streets of Son Ferrer, Peguera and Calvià. These repairs are necessary to maintain the good conditions of our infrastructure, and the safety and life quality of residents. Below, we provide specific information on each of these works:

1. 2 Puput St. - Son Ferrer - 30th and 31st October. Sewer connection repair on 2, Puput St. To carry out this task, it will be necessary to cut the Alosa St. section, between Can Ferrer and Vencill. However, vehicles on Puput St. will be able to exit onto Vencill St. Map

2. 14-16, Canari St. - Son Ferrer – 2nd and 3rd November. Sewer network repair on Canari St., between numbers 14 and 16. Since the sewer network is located in the centre of the street, circulation will be prohibited in the section between Ocell del Paradís and Can Ferrer. Map

3. Pou St., Peguera – November 6-10. Sewage network urgent repair on Pou St., between number 17 and the intersection with Garrovers St. Due to the seriousness of the situation, it will be necessary to close the entire street, from the beginning of the street to the junction with Garrovers. Additionally, parking will be prohibited to allow two-way traffic to residents' parking lots. Map

4. Can Vich St., Calvià- November 13 and 15. Sewage network well repair on Can Vich St., between numbers 23 and 25. Due to the small dimensions of the street, it will be necessary to cut and prohibit parking to allow the machinery work effectively. Map

All works will be carried out by the company Maties Amer, Calvià 2000 subcontractor for civil works, who will be in charge of the appropriate signage to guarantee the safety of all residents and passers-by.
We regret any temporary inconvenience this work may cause, but we thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this period.
